La Fornace in Odenthal

In times of the pandemic, where you have to rely on every customer, I would have expected more. Completely dusty counter. Pizza cold. Burned casserole at the bottom, the cheese at the top is just mush. Ordered for a specific time. Essen has apparently "waited" for a long time. Unfortunately not even a little "give away" despite Santa Claus. Disappointing

Very tasty main courses. The onion soup was way too watery / tasteless for my taste. But when I asked, I got salt and pepper straight away.

Good Italian with an integrated wood stove and a tasteful ambience. Good, fresh dishes on the menu. Also something exclusive on the great day menu. Really good. Personal is a tick unprofessional but nice to me.

Food was delicious. Pizza was even highly recommended. Unfortunately, the staff was not attentive or understaffed for the size of the restaurant. The ambience is more reminiscent of a dance hall with a canteen flair ....

The food is delicious. Pizza and pasta highly recommended. The service is unfortunately very slow and inattentive. During the meal (7:30 p.m.) the waiters and the kitchen staff were constantly dragging plates through the restaurant. Very annoying! I would be happy if the service were more attentive and the counters were filled before they opened. Then this restaurant would be worth 5 stars. Prices within the usual range.

"LA FORNACE" RESTAURANT IS LOCATED ON THE MAIN STREET THROUGH VOISWINKEL ON THE WAY FROM ODENTHAL TO BERGISCH GLADBACH. A WELL-LOCATED PLACE ALLOWS MANY PEOPLE TO GUEST IN THIS RESTAURANT, BOTH LOCAL AND PASSENGER. THE RESTAURANT HAS A GOOD PARKING AT THE BACK OF THIS APARTMENT.

Service was particularly good, neither friendly nor unfriendly, rather like not there. The place was well filled, but there could have been a little more service attention. Quality at price for the dishes, just fits.

Great food and very pleasant on personal requests. Nice wine recommended and the steak I had was just right medium fried! Parking looking a little confusing at night (parking is across the street, they did not see it and put us a little further away)

We were here for the first time a few days ago, had not made reservations but had no problems getting a table. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The service was not unfriendly, but also not exactly enthusiastic ...... Card payment is possible here. Parking spaces are rare ..... We'll be back?
